We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password), payment information processed by Stripe, and files you upload for processing. We also collect usage data such as tool usage and file processing statistics to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Service
• To process payments securely via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
• To improve our tools and user experience
• To comply with legal obligations

3. File Data

Files uploaded for processing are stored in encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3 / Cloudflare R2). Processed output files are automatically purged after 2 hours. Files stored in your account are retained until you delete them. We do not read, share, or sell the contents of your files.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Google OAuth for sign-in, and AWS/Cloudflare for file storage. Each service has its own privacy policy governing data they receive.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We follow industry best practices to protect your information from unauthorized access.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. To delete your account and all associated data, email privacy@pdf150.com.

7. Cookies

We use essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
