By accessing or using PDF150 ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service: (a) in any way that violates applicable laws; (b) to upload malicious files or malware; (c) to infringe any intellectual property rights; (d) to harass or harm others.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. File Processing & Storage

Files uploaded to the Service are processed on secure infrastructure. Processed files are automatically deleted after 2 hours. Uploaded files stored in your account are retained until you delete them or close your account. We do not claim ownership over your files.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF150 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
